I.R.I.S. Has been in operation in Manitoba since 2007, although are staff and management team have been working in the industry for many many years. At our core the president and management team have 30 plus years of combined experience in the industry. 

I.R.I.S. employees' consist of many talanted people; certified red seal carpenters and apprentice carpenters, framers, master tilers, kitchen & bathroom specialists, painters and jack of all tradesman, along with certified and experienced sub-tradespeople where necessary.

Are businness has grown over the last few years from mainly residential renovations and small jobs to now included large scale additions and custom home building.

We are a group of 15 hard working young and experienced professionals who are entreprenurial environmentalists at heart.

We spend a great deal of time traking and analysing our preformace on a regular  basis to see if there are ways we can improve our methods with continuous education and training. We are always looking for the latest and greatest out there within the industry and above all how we can grow with our vision/mission in mind at all times, to be a leader when it comes to building "Green" & building to LEED principles.
